In second time in less than a week, Facebook goes down

In a second time in less than a week, no one could watch those viral videos, look at cat photos or show our friends what we had for lunch, at least on Facebook. 

The social media site was reporting service unavailable on Monday afternoon.

Facebook was down on Thursday for about 20 minutes. 

And where did everyone migrate to find out if Facebook was really down? Why Twitter of course.
